 | Workshop manually operated butt welding machine for PE and PP pipes and fittings. |
| The pivoting clamps allows the machine to fabricate segmented bends with different radii. |
| The machine being cap sizable into the frame reduced the overall dimensions for transport and stocking when not in use. |
Machine is comprised of:
| Two carriages mounted on roller bearings, one fixed the other movable on chrome plated slide bars d. 25mm. |
| The operating lever, besides moving the trolley, acts on a calibrated scale in order to apply the correct welding pressure of the PE pipe to be welded. |
| Electric mill cutter with micro switch control on the handle running over on a slide bar. |
| Removable PTFE coated heating mirror with special housing located on the machine, running over on a slide bar. |
| Right and left clamps d. 250mm rotating up to 7.5', highly suitable for short spigot fittings. |
| Reducing rings for clamps d. 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 225mm. |
