Heating Mirrors

Portable butt welding PTFE coated heating mirrors for PE and PP pipe and fittings, supplied with adjustable temperature and support. On request each mirror each mirror can be supplied with metal transport box.

Alignment Clamps

Four clamp aligning collars (with reducing inserts) for electro fusion couplings. a must for electro fusion, they assure correct alignment as well as holding the parts during cooling - thus eliminating external stress. Three models are available with the following size range:

bulletAL 063 size range   20mm to   63mm
bullet AL125 size range   40mm to 125mm
bulletAL 225 size range 110mm to 225mm
bulletDouble clamped hook up brackets (with reducing inserts) for aligning collars. 
bullet 90 degree brackets are available, and are easily connected to the collars.

ALC 400

bulletNew alignment clamps designed and produced following information interchange with clients.
bulletOur technical department has produced this device that is composed by two semi clamps on which is positioned the pipe.
bulletIn the middle of the device is located a hinge, allowing the choice of positioning pipes at either 45' or 90'.
bulletPipe of any diameter within the range is easily fixed by means  of a belt supplied with tension device.
bulletThe belt can be easily loosened by a quick disconnection device.
bulletOn request, can be supplied with a third unit allowing the welding of three electro fusion couplings (see image above).

RPI 630 Roller stand with hydraulically adjustable rollers, allowing lateral and vertical adjustment of pipe to 630mm
RPI 1200 Roller stand with hydraulically adjustable rollers, allowing lateral and vertical adjustment of pipe to 1200mm
