PT 630 Trench and Workshop Welding Machine
bulletHydraulically operated butt welding machine, suitable for PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic pipes and fittings.
bulletThe experience of 15 years in the welding of thermoplastic pipes and fittings, together with the ongoing exchange of information with our skilled clientele was instrumental in the design of such equipment.
bulletThe self aligning frame, and the compact dimensions, make the machines highly suitable for working in road constructions, ditches, aqueducts, gas ducts, sewers and irrigation systems.
bulletAlso available is a data recorder, capable of printing all the welding parameters as actually executed during the welding cycle. The recorder can easily be connected to all those machines previously fitted with a quick hook up port.
bulletOn specific client requirements, machines can be modified in order to suit special requirements.

PT 630

Range 315mm to 630mm / 12" - 24"

bulletThe basic machine is comprised of four clamps d. 630mm in light weight alloy, of which the third one is easily adjustable in order weld special pieces. The basic machine includes as well the automatic disconnecting device highly suited to detach the pipes from the heating mirror at the end of heating time (weight 229Kg)
bulletRemovable PTFE or Silverstone coated heating mirror with electronic thermostat and separate thermometer in order to continuously check the heating mirror's temperature (weight 43Kg, 230V 50Hz 9.3Kw)
bulletRemovable electric facing tool supplied complete with reducing gear, double cutting edged blades, safety micro switch allowing the engine to start only in operating position, a mechanical block device avoiding dislocation during the facing operation (weight 107Kg, 230V 50Hz 1.1Kw)
bulletSupport for facing tool and heating mirror suitable to carry the two parts and to hold them when not in use.
bulletHydraulic double throw pump with precision pressure gauge (class 1, 0 - 100 bar scale and 100mm face for easy reading) incorporates a device which maintains pre-set line pressure even when motor is not running. Allows continuous pressure adjustments and features flexible hoses with quick disconnect dry-lock couplings. Mounted in a tough protective frame, with two transport handles (230V 50Hz 1.1Kw, weight 38Kg)
bulletLight weight aluminum reducing inserts (8 inserts per set including 6 inserts for pipes and 2 inserts for fittings) sizes 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560mm (weight 210Kg). Diameters of rings required are to be specified at time of order.
