Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, suitable for PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic pipes and fittings. The experience of 15 years in the welding of thermoplastic pipes and fittings, together with the ongoing exchange of information with our skilled clientele was instrumental in the design of such equipment. The self aligning frame, and the compact dimensions, make the machines highly suitable for working in road constructions, ditches, aqueducts, gas ducts, sewers and irrigation systems. Also available is a data recorder, capable of printing all the welding parameters as actually executed during the welding cycle. The recorder can easily be connected to all those machines previously fitted with a quick hook up port.

On specific client requirements, machines can be modified in order to suit special requirements.

 

	1600mm main frame inclusive of 4 steel master clamps, features an easily adjustable nr. 3 clamp to facilitate the easy welding of special pieces, a 45' opening angle of the clamps to aid in the easy insertion and removal of the pipes, a special device for the automatic disengagement of the heating plate from both pieces at the end of the heating cycle (weight 2560 Kg., dim. 3500 x 2240 x 2280mm).
	Removable PTFE coated heater plate with electronic temperature control and independent temperature gauge for the constant verification of plate temperature (400V 50Hz 49.5Kw, weight 260Kg, dim. 2250 x 2000 x 250mm)
	Removable electric facing tool featuring a special profile single cutting bit for more effective shaving removal. Also fitted with a safety micro switch, allowing engagement only in the loaded and locked position, and a mechanical lock ensuring proper positioning of the tool for the entire duration of the shaving cycle. The movement of the shaving unit is guaranteed by an induction motor driving a gear reduction unit, which in turn transfers the motion to the pulleys through a chain drive (400V 50Hz 2.2Kw, weight 858 Kg, dim. 2250 x 2140 x 440)
	The shaving unit and heating plate stand is ideal for storing the tools while not in use, as well as transporting them from one location to another (weight 480Kg, dim. 1760 x 1500 x 1880)
	Hydraulic double throw pump with precision pressure gauge (class 1, 0 - 100 bar scale and 100mm face for easy reading) incorporates a device which maintains pre-set line pressure even when motor is not running. Allows continuous pressure adjustments and features flexible hoses with quick disconnect dry-lock couplings. Mounted in a tough protective frame, with two transport handles (400V 50Hz 2.2Kw, weight 54Kg., dim. 800  x 510 x 310mm)
	Complete set of steel reducing inserts for pipe and fittings (8 inserts per set) sizes 1000, 1200, 1400mm (weight 1852Kg). Diameters of rings required are to be specified at time of order.
