PT 125

Range 40 - 125mm / 1 1/2" to 4"

bulletBasic machine in aluminum and steel d. 125mm / 4", minimum weight and dimensions make this machine highly suited to work in narrow spaces (weight 15 kg.).
bulletRemovable PTFE or Silverstone coated heating mirror with electronic thermostat and separate thermometer, in order to continuously check the heating mirrors temperature. (weight 4 kg., 230V 50 Hz 0.6KW / other voltages on specific request).
bulletRemovable electric facing tool with double cutting blades complete with safety switch, allowing the engine to start only when in operating position. In addition, the facing tool is also supplied with a mechanical block device, which eliminates the potential for the facing device to come out during operation (weight 5Kg., 230V 50Hz 0.5KW / other voltages on specific request).
bulletSupport for facing tool and heating mirror, suitable to carry the two parts, and to hold them when not in use.
bulletDouble acting electro hydraulic unit complete with pressure gauge (d. 100mm / 4", 0-100 Bar), pressure accumulator for holding pressure when motor off, continuous pressure regulation by means of valve, flexible hoses with quick connect couplings, protection frame with handles (weight 24Kg., 230V 50Hz 0.37 KW / other voltages on specific request).
bulletLight weight reducing rings (8 inserts per set including 6 wide inserts for pipes and 2 narrow inserts for fittings) d. 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110mm / 1 1/4, 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4" on specific request (weight 9 kg). Diameters of rings required are to be specified at time of order.
