Manually operated butt welding machines (PL 125C & PL 160C) suitable for PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic pipes and fittings.
Hydraulically operated butt welding machines (PL 315C and above) suitable for PE. PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic pipes and fittings.
The pivoting clamps allow the construction of segmented (lobster back) bends in different radii. By means of the adjustable cross slide on the fixed trolley, it is possible to always have perfect alignment. The electric facing tool also has an adjustable cross slide, in order to always mill at the pipe center.
PL 315C and above can be supplied (on request) with Tee and Cross devices, for the fabrication of 45', 60' and 90' tees.
These machines weld pipes from PN 2.5 to PN 16, can be supplied with metric or imperial clamp sets, and can be provided with electrics to suit any country.
